Don McMahon, III, CIC |
Donald McMahon, III was born in Key West, Florida and relocated to Pensacola, Florida in 1959. Graduated Florida State University 1977 with a Business Degree and has his CISR certification. Entered insurance business in 1977. Formed Donald McMahon & Associates in 1990 and served as President. Merged with Hadder Insurance in 1999, forming McMahon-Hadder Insurance, Inc., serving as President. Acquired USA Insurance Center and Advanced Insurance in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. Married to Jacklyn Kugelman McMahon and is a proud father of three daughters. Donald McMahon III was the first person from Northwest Florida to serve as president of the Professional Insurance Agents of Florida (PIA), holding the office for 2003-2004. He has been actively involved in PIA's Membership Committee, serving as chair and received the PIA Leadership Award for his exceptional work on that committee in early September 2003. PIA also named Donnie 2005 Agent of the Year, which is an award based on an agent's professional competence, ethical standards and overall contribution to the industry. Donnie has also served as PIA's Legislative Chair for 2005-2007, and was recently named to this position for 2008. PIA of Florida is a trade association based in Tallahassee representing agents throughout the state by providing members with legislative advocacy, quality education programs, timely, unbiased information, and discounted member services designed to help insurance agents compete successfully.

Bill Hadder, CIC |
William H. Hadder was born in Clanton, Alabama and later relocated to Florida. Bill graduated from Milton High School, Pensacola Junior College in 1975, attended Florida State University 1976 and University of West Florida in 1977. Began insurance career in 1976 and after ten years in the business purchased the branch of SWD Insurance Company and formed William Hadder Insurance, Inc. in 1986. In 1999 merged William Hadder Insurance, Inc. with Donald McMahon Insurance, Inc., forming McMahon-Hadder Insurance, Inc. Married to Toni Hadder and is a proud father of two sons, Damon and Trevor. Bill is licensed in Life and Health, Property & Casualty, Surplus Lines in Florida as well as non resident license for Alabama and Mississippi. Bill holds a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) the designation from the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors, a national non-profit organization dedicated to professional insurance education. This CIC accreditation identifies those individuals who, by demonstrating professional competence through a combination of experience, formal training, and a series of comprehensive written examinations focusing on all major fields of insurance, insurance management, and agency operation have met the requirements of the CIC Board. Bill was recently awarded a Certificate of Achievement for five years of service with the Society of CIC. Bill's focus at McMahon & Hadder Insurance is primarily on insurance for businesses, individuals and families in addition to overseeing the automation, accounting, and human resources for the agency. Bill is also heavily involved in MHA & Associates, LLC, a sister company of McMahon & Hadder Insurance that acts as a marketing assistant for other insurance agencies in Florida, Alabama and Mississippi.

John McMahon, CWCP |
John McMahon was born in Key West, Florida and began his insurance career in 1980 with the Moore Group in Atlanta, Georgia. After eight years as a commercial lines specialist with a national insurance broker, he teamed with his brother, Donald, with Donald McMahon & Associates. John McMahon CWCP, Vice President of McMahon & Hadder Insurance has earned the designation of Certified Workers' Compensation Professional. This is a comprehensive national certification program for Workers' Compensation professionals administered by Michigan State University's Workers' Compensation Center, part of the School of Labor & Industrial Relations. The program focuses on Disability Law, Claims Management, Safety, Insurance, management & medical issues. John is completing the final stage of the CIC designation. John is licensed in Life & Health and Property & Casualty. His primary focus is commercial business insurance with emphasis on Workers' Compensation insurance. He oversees the Agency's Commercial Lines division and acts as the administrator for the group Workers' Compensation programs for the Northwest Florida Chambers of Commerce and the Escambia Medical Society. Currently serves as Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. John also serves as the Director of the agency's Group Benefits Department where he oversees the agency's efforts in health insurance, disability, supplemental insurance, and employee benefits. John is a proud father of two sons and one daughter.

| Tommy has 29 years of experience as a Commercial Property and Casualty Lines Agent. Tommy graduated from the University of West Florida with a degree in Economics in 1976. He received the Chartered Property And Casualty Designation (CPCU) in 1991 and the Accredited Advisor Of Insurance Designation (AAI) in 1984. He is the V.P. of Programs for Five Flags Sertoma, has been Past President of; Independent Agents Assoc. of Pensacola, Gulf Coast Chapter of CPCU's, Sub Contractors Assoc. of NW Florida, and Past V.P. of Boys and Girls Club of Escambia County. Tommy is a Past Treasurer of Tourette's Syndrome Association of NW Florida, a LEAP Graduate class of 1987, and was Awarded the Homebuilders Association of West Florida "Spike of the Year" 1990.
